Goondiwindi & District Family Day Care
Goondiwindi & District Family Day Care Assn Inc was established through Care Goondiwindi in 1995, as a not for profit organisation, with the purpose of starting Family Day Care in the Goondiwindi area. The scheme expanded in 1997 to include In-Home Care for rural & remote families. In 2000 we commence Gulliver’s Travels Mobile Children’s Service, which gave us the opportunity to offer rural and remote areas an educational program for their children.
Currently we offer quality childcare throughout Goondiwindi & surrounding areas, Toowoomba, St George, Dalby district and Glenmorgan.
Our Team
Goondiwindi & District Family Day Care is overseen by a Co-ordination Unit in consultation with a volunteer Management Committee.
Tracey Jeffrey

Diploma in Community Services – Children’s Services
Tracey has been in the early childhood sector since 1994, first as a Family Day Care Educator, then 6 years in administration and finally as a Co-ordinator of Goondiwindi & District Family Day Care.
Tracey is passionate about childcare and supporting our team of Educators and staff. She is enthusiastic about producing the best care for the children in our service, making sure that every Educator, child, and family feel safe, secure, and supported.
Natalie Coote

Natalie joined our service in January 2023 and has since become a reliable and valuable part of the team. She carries out her varied roles with professionalism, allowing her to understand all aspects of the service.
Cath Billsborough
Administration Officer
Cath has been with the team since 2008 and in this time has weathered several major changes to the childcare payment package. She supports the administrative side of our service for all our educators and families. Cath is our software guru for all things childcare and financial.
Madison Robinson
Gulliver’s Mobile Children’s Service Educator
Diploma of Children’s Services - Early Childhood Education
Madi filled in as a casual Mobile Educator, then took on a 12 month employment covering a maternity leave position. In 2021, Madi became a permanent full time Mobile Educator. Madi brings energy and a youthful insight to Gulliver’s which helps her communicate and get along well with the children.
Madi is currently on maternity leave.

Lilly joined our team in February 2023 as a trainee. She has fitted in quickly with the team with her eagerness, and has become a friendly face to the Gulliver’s children.
Chris Leahy
Gulliver’s Mobile Children’s Service Educator
Diploma of Children’s Services - Early Childhood Education
Chris has been with our team since 2007 working with the Mobile Children’s Service as an Educator. Chris has a nurturing nature and experience which makes the children feel welcome and valuable. Chris believes that all children should have the opportunity to access early educational programs no matter their location. Chris travels to our out of town venues four days a week.

Paris joined our team in September 2023 and has come from an In Home Care background. Paris has an easy going, positive attitude that makes the children feel at ease.

Leah commenced with our service in May 2022 in a part time position as a Gulliver’s Educator. Leah’s easy going manner and experience makes the children feel at ease. She is a valued part of our team.

Britt has been with our team since October 2023. Britt comes from a dance background and has a love of children. Her happy and positive attitude shines out to our families and staff.
